Stonewashed for sure. I'd buy. As long as you don't etch 'LIMITED PRODUCTION RUN' all huge on the blade.

S35V is great, but D2 would be JUST AS GOOD for a BK16 and KABAR currently uses that steel.;)

Stonewashed finish- NO coating

Micarta scales

VERY small Limited Edition Markings- please no Bowling trophy sized stuff that's on the SMK knives.
 
Crimson the only bad thing there is I would be broke.... but I would have exactly the knives I wanted and I would be HAPPY ! ..lol
Their heat treat, steel, and basic knives are soo good that I bet a Custom shop would be swamped with work too, from people just wanting to tweak something to make it perfectly their own without risking ruining the knife in a failed mod attempt.
 
Very interested. Very, very interested.

No coating (stonewas would be awesome), no big markings/ etchings to cheese it up at all.

I have no preference between S35VN or D2 (don't have either currently.

Pricing would be my only reservation. I don't mind a higher price, but something really out there would prevent me from gettimg one.

Interested in the bf special ed. But crimson, modding your own BK&T is part of their appeal...a custom shop would go belly up pretty fast imo, most everybody here mods their own.
 
Should add that I would prefer the stonewashed over polished as well. If it can be kept under 2 bills I'll take 2, If not well I will probably take 2 anyway.
 
I'd get one. Definitely stonewashed. Definitely micarta, canvas or burlap preferred. Blade steel could be just about anything, but I'd prefer CTS-204P.
 
D2 would be faster, but 154cm would be better. Stonewashed, definetly
