"You may be a knife nut if..."

... you match your EDCknives with your clothing style and the colours you are wearing
... you have a different knife for every different activity you practice
... you have knife anxiety when you have to go out and it takes you 15 min to choose the right one(s)
... you own a dozen sharpening stones of all the colors of the rainbow and you have several sharpening devices
... you can't go to bed before this secondary bevel is where you want it to be, and this dang steel takes forever to grind, and the partner already fell asleep
... you do have a monthly knife budget
... you use social networks only for knife matters
... you buy a souvenir knife from the places you travel to

You are in a frantic rush to get somewhere important , already late .

You pause to select the appropriate knife(s) for the day's attire and conditions .

A half hour or more later , you come out your knife induced hypnotic daze and finally grab something . 🤣

You're at work and someone asks to borrow a knife and you ask, "Which one?"

Awww...who am I kidding? I always have a "loaner" knife ready for those I don't trust with my EDC favorites.

If someone offers you the use of a steak knife, and you say, "No thanks. I brought my own."

...you get a wee-bit excited when your daughter chooses apple slices over blueberries for her snack and you go the extra mile to peel it.

...you offer to break down the boxes at work by cutting them up into unnecessarily small pieces.

...you ‘like’ every response you’ve come across on this thread because you can empathize and played each scenario in your head as you read them.
