You mean "fark," right?

Most times they just advertise that particular photo. You know, like the people selling gen 2 BK2's, and showing the photo of the gen 1.

if they do not ship you what they show you, and don't say that, it's fraud (bait/switch), fleaprey hates that, sometimes voiding the sale, and letting you keep the merch and the $$$ :) sometimes.

hmmm, reminds me of a '97 nissan sentra I got to keep after only paying shipping.... claimed no rust, when I received car it had 'A' pilar rust, rust on motor, under car.. got an estimate to fix it (per gheybay) and it came to 5k for a 1,700 car?? anyway I offered to ship back but it was a 3rd party transaction... very lengthy and weird deal, bottom line is their insurance refunded me everything but shipping.. so actually all party's made out... I gots the car for $700....

from my experience, if the car is 10 yrs and newer and seller claims 'no rust' adn it has it, big problems for their (gheybay) insurance :D at least that's how it was is '07..

shop away:)

I'm thinking about letting an acquaintance that is a highway patrol know that my little sisters ex boyfriend is driving everyday even though hes on a two year revocation for his second dui. Its not normally my style to do this, but they very recently broke up and he was a real ahole to her and continues to be. With time I'm sure he will be caught anyways, because he drives like an idiot, but it would be kinda nice to get him outta her hair for a while.

dude with the relationship aside, if he has two consecutive dui's what are the chances he'll roll for 3?? and he'll do big time for that one, I understand live and let live and all but now that you've thought about this what if you don't advise your buddy of his underhanded nonsense and this whackjob winds up killing a whole family in his next dui??

I agree he's probably driven drunk again. If I were you Id tell your cop buddy ASAP. Get some dumbass off the road for a bit aswell.

You make a good point. I can almost guarantee he is drinking every night and more than likely driving. He's really smart like that.

get him busted on a Wednesday or Thursday -- the no-call/no-show at work while he's sitting in the drunk tank waiting on a judge will be the cherry on top of his karmic sundae.

He shouldn't even have his job anyways. He was supposed to be fired when he got his dui, but managed to keep his job. He's a saleman at the Toyota dealership. Maybe having to take 30 days off would make him lose the job too. Not like that would really effect him either, his parents would just pay all his bills for him. I think I'll get ahold of the hp that I know and give him a heads up.

Just saw Expendables 2. If you can count all the one-liners, you must have more fingers and toes than me. Decent flik...probably not worth the $10.50 is cost to watch it.

I saw an ad for that the other day -- it looked pretty fun.
need to rent the first one before I go see it though.

It stands alone, so no worries on catching the first one. As long as you have seen some of their other movies, it'll all make sense.

This new route that my boss got to keep me employed after the post office cancelled the old route is driving me crazy. I need to find more to do that sit in the sleeper on the computer. I might try to catch a movie or something tomorrow, but I'll have to miss the first twenty minutes or so.

Go for it! If not for revenge, then to save someone else. I speak from experience. In 1983 I was hit head-on by a drunk girl who failed to stay in her lane. I saw her coming, stopped, and watched her headlights disappear below my hood. I was driving a full-sized Jeep Wagoneer and the impact drove my vehicle 165 feet backwards and put me in intensive care for three days. I still wear the scars on my legs from the dashboard. Not too long after my incident, my Dad was waiting at a traffic light on his way home from playing cards at the VFW, and another drunk girl never slowed for the red light and plowed into the back of his car, totaling it (it was a pretty rare sports car). The PD investigating the accident never even gave the girl a sobriety test because her Dad showed up at the scene and was a Detective in a nearby town so they gave him "professional courtesy" and just wrote her up for "failure to obey a traffic signal".
Rat him out. You may save someone's life.

now isn't that just grand, good ol daddy letting his girl get away with almost killing someone without even a slap on the wrist, so I'm sure she thanked him the next time it happened and she's killed someone...

yeah I've been that idiot on the street swerving around a time or two, matter of fact by the grace of God I didn't go head on with a cop car as I slammed my '65 Chevy Malibu against the curb in front of Fontana Ca court house as the cop stops in the middle of the road.... Ripped the frame of my car, shifted and destroyed the rear axle... the drunk I was I sold it later for $900... ahh the memories of that car, all original SS... could've got 5k then and maybe 30k now, so for me drinking/drugging has never paid....

way to many war stories and massive amounts of drama....

Just left a message with the hp and am waiting to hear back from him sometime today. I'll also admit that I've been the one who should have gotten a dui more times than one in my early 20's. I'm just glad that I grew up and never hurt anyone. If I would have ever been caught, I surely would have deserved the punishment. I drive for a living and occasionally have to call in a drunk driver and kinda feel bad for doing it, but then I'd feel worse if I didn't call and someone got hurt.

exactly !!!!!!

anytime I see an obvious drunk its a no brainer for me, to many innocent lives taken by the drunkards... and of course they normally live through it all....

could've been me when I was young and dumb and a, well lets just leave it at that..
