To hell with this place. Shame on y'all for bashing people buying Sanrenmu and ganzo. Y'all have WAY too much money if y'all are buying CRK and ZT and Shirogov And so forth. I REALLY hope y'all learn manners and respect. Until then, I wipe my hands off this place.
 
Why are you calling out Shiro and ZT owners? You should go after Marfione Custom owners if you're picking on people with disposable income.
 
And who were you again? What was your beef as I don't have the patience to read all of your 11 posts?

Why are you taking these discussions so personally?

We have many members here who like each type of knife, from expensive to bang-for-the-buck. From heavy-duty to compacr and convenient. From pride of ownership to everyday utility. Take your pick, enjoy and benefit from your own style.

Ranting about other peoples opinions is lame.
 
Maybe make more money then?

I am very far from rich or having too much money, yet I have 2 Sebenzas, an Alan Davis, and a few other hand made knives. A few relatively expensive productions knives. For the past week I've been carrying my old school molded clip Delica that I got in a trade for a Buck 110. I've traded and sold off other relatively expensive knives and still have my Rat 1 and Kershaw Select Fire.

This is what I love about knives, you can find great quality and a variety of styles at every price point. Buy what you can afford and be happy.

We all can't or wont have a Ferrari. Or will we?

This is not a village but a city.
You don't have to be disgusted with a few neighbors, instead you can find people you can enjoy the topic.

I find the support of those companies disgusting and I am outspoken about it. Others find them fine and are outspoken about it. Variety is the spice of life I suppose...and sometimes the spice can be a bit overpowering for some!

Apologies, Sir. My yarp was intended for my own indiscretion. I had replied in...uhm...a fashion more befitting another subforum I frequent, following the link from another members W&C reply. I was unaware this was posted here in GB&U. So my original submitted yarp was withdrawn.
But to begin a thread with

Does invite the more toothier response. Some of us love it here. It is interesting to note that the forum's name is

not a specific manufacturers Blade Forum. Not everybody loves every knife.

There are plenty of CRk and other high end users that also like a good Mora(at the whopping price of $10-$12). Granted we can be (or at least I can) a little resistant if you try to say your lower priced knife is as good better than the high end in quality, but there is nothing wrong with picking your own level of knife collecting. Many of us moved up the ladder, rather than starting at the top.

I am not familiar with the 2 knives mentioned by the OP, if those are clones, fakes or counterfeits that is a whole different story. Stealing of makers intellectual property is not approved of.

I'd say to hell with people that love them some counterfeit "whatevers". Their eyes are too big for their wallet and have no clue as to the damage that does to legit companies. They feel entitled to have things they obviously cannot afford, and well since working hard and actually earning things the old fashioned way is too hard they tend to prefer a cheap and easy POS imitation. This is not a forum for counterfeit adoration or enthusiasts, till then away with you too. The hypocritical irony is your post is almost too much, like a bully complaining about being bullied. Enjoy yourself elsewhere.
