19 years old here. I've just always been into knives, but I never started getting quality knives until I joined this forum. Always getting the cheap gas station knives on road trips and later wondering why the $7 knife just fell apart. It seems like we are doing guns too, I'll post a better pic of my knife collection tomorrow along with some of my rifles and handguns :)

Here's a pic of most of my collection so far, my 5 or so fixed blades are missing from the pic and so is my newly acquired Boker Albatross:

The only thing that I really want to get that I do not have yet is a Busse TGLB; the knife that Daryl carries in The Walking Dead. I also have 6 or 7 Leathermans, and maybe 5 SAKs. I also might have a few machetes around here too.

What a first knife! Wow! Wish my first knife was an Adamas.
I'm 18.
It took me a couple years to find quality cutlery.
I got stuck into Gerbers for a while.
Then my CS Mini AK-47 came along for X-mas, and then I found this site a couple months later.
My wallet has never been the same.
I have more traditionals than anything, but my Adamas is my favorite.

It wasn't my very first knife, I had been stuck in Gerbers for a while as well. Started looking around on the the internet at different knives and went to a gun & knife show. Found a stand that had at least 100 if not more Benchmades, Spartans, Spydercos and the like. Ended up bring the beast home with me.

Same! The Adamas was one of my favorite knives of all time, I regret trading mine very single day. Currently trying to buy it back :D

I do love it, better ergos than any knife I've ever handled and can take one hell of a beating if need be. Good luck getting it back! :)

Here are 3 of my flashlights. (I also have a 360 lumen 4Sevens light and a Fenix PD35 on the way.)

Fenix LD41:

Fenix TK35:

Mini MagLight LED:

And some of my fire starters:

Here's some scales I've been working on,

They are maple. (funny spydercobenchmadekai)

I really like the contrast between the off-white scales and the black knife

An old sheath that required miner adjusting

I did most of the work by hand with a file and elbow grease but at the end I used the belt sander.

People seem to be pretty excited about the Black Wash Skylines...Kershaw Guy will post a pic/start shipping tomorrow.

I don't know much about them--what is special?

Hey all, I am 18. I've been collecting knives since I was about 4. Through the years, many knives have come and gone. Up until I was about thirteen most of my knives were junk, don't get me wrong I love 'em because they were all gifts from family. Over the past few years I have acquired some pretty good blades. I'll list them and try to get pictures up later.
