It varies a bit, but I generally have 3
  1. a pocket clip carry with a 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 inch blade. Usually a spyderco, BF Native, Delica, Standard. dress occasions, a William Henry Lancet.
  2. a money clip, either a CRKT KISS, or Peck.
  3. a keychain knife, either a Gerber Silver knight, or a BM 330 Mel Pardue.

No man with a good car needs to be justified.

Today it's been a Darrell Ralph Millennium Apogee (Small). For the past Month, it's been a Greg Lightfoot 460 Mag tanto. For a fixed blade it's a Strider Model SA. When Traveling, it's a Victorinox Huntsman.

Whoa!!!! I'd love to see this group all arrive at the airport security check at the same time....:-)

I carry 4 knives on a daily basis-a Kershaw blackout plain edge,a Swiss Champ, CRKT Neck PECK, and a Leatherman Wave. When camping or hiking I add my Kabar to this list. Plus any knives that I want to "test" the performance.

Just because I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me.

I carry two knives; a Spyderco M. Walker Lt/Wt and a SAK. On weekends I add a R.O. Easler 3" skinner in stag.
My everyday carry knives are soon to be changed to; CRKT Crawford KFF the small one, and I want a new SAK with a lockback in stag.

Brandon, this SAK with Moose, is that coming from Jake?

When I'm at work I carry the following:

1) Large Sebenza in sheath on right side

2) Leatherman "Super Tool" on left side

3) BM Mini-AFCK (M2) in left rear pocket

When I'm not working I alternate between the Mini-AFCK and a Tom Mayo folder in my right front pocket

It varies depending on the mood really. I almost will always have a CPM 440 Native (partially serrated) for the situations that a serrated knife is handy, normally in my left pocket and sometimes IWB carry. Sometimes it'll be a BF Blue Native, also in partially serrated instead of the Zytel version. Everything else I carry is plain edge. A BM 710 sometimes rides in my back pocket besides my wallet, which sometimes has a Spyderco Spydercard in it. On my right side I tend to carry a Spyderco Lum. Getting into the habit of carrying a MT Kestrel IWB carry or in a free pocket, depending on how my other knives are being carried. Of course, this whole rotation will probably need to be readjusted once the MT SOCOM I ordered arrives.

Probably will get a multitool soon too, not just for the tools but also to help balance out the weight

I carry a Hartsfield Kozuka everyday, and when I'm not working I carry a Daniel Winkler 5" skinner(2" blade) on my belt also. When I am working in the office I carry a Boye folder for use around co-workers as the neck knife tends to freak people out. I also have various custom folders (Elishewitz Ares, L.J. Thompson basic, small sebenza) for dress up or whatever occasion.

My daily carry NEVER changes....unless I get a new knife

At work, either a William Henry carbon fiber Lancet clipped to the shirt pocket, or a Willaim Henry Kestrel in the R pants pocket. When in jeans, usually a micarta Spyderco Jess Horn. There is always a Buck minitool in the L front pants pocket, whether jeans or slacks. I normally have a Boker Orion (a really strange knife that always draws favorable attention) in my briefcase.

When in "economically depressed" countries, you will normally find a Benchmade Emerson CQC-7 on my person somewhere, if you poke around.

Always am wearing a Valois belt knife. In addition I carry either my Ed Schott camp knife, or my Ed Schott dagger or both.

I noticed that many who responded carry several knives. Can't leave home with just one.

Thanks for all the input! I never imagined such a great response. I guess I can now tell my significant other and friends that I am not the only guy that carries more than one knife at a time.

Many people just don't understand that different knives have different intended uses. But WE know.

Also while there seems to be a lot of variety in our carrying knife, there are some similarities too.

I personally favor the more general purpose, utilitarian type small folders - many commonly referred to as "ordinary pocketknife" - But I do have an carry others.
I believe that knives are tools and are intended to be used. I usually buy at least two each of any knife I buy cause sooner or later it either wears out or is lost.

I would never admit that I carry a knife for defense but hey, how many of you guys carry a knife on your runs? Anyone asks me, I am carrying a utility tool.

I once heard a saying that your survival knife is the knife you have on you at the time of the survival situation. Personally I thin that anyone that doesn't carry a knife is NOT prepared. Funny, many people I know won't carry a knife but they know who to ask to open a can, trim or cut something etc. (I don't loan my knives but will cut or open things for people).

Keep sending in your carrying knife information. This is great! Some people talk about their ties - we share information on knives - something useful!

A Old Timer slim stockman in my pocket, a ToolLogic card in my wallet, an original Leatherman in my rucksack, a SAK in the glove compartment of ech car, and a plastic handled Mora knife in the trunk of each car.

I always carry at least two. There are five that I tend to rotate: BM mini-AFCK (LH), REKAT Pioneer (LH), MT SOCOM, MT Kestrel, Kershaw Random Task. This will no doubt chance when my BM710 arrives (and the MT LCC/MA, and the Kershaw Boa, and the Spydie Lum, etc.)

On duty,I carry an Emerson Commander in my right front pocket, a Spyderco Endura on my duty belt (for times when I have to abuse or lend a knife), and occasionally a CQC-7B in my left front pocket as well. Off duty, I tend to carry my tanto Sebenza, but sometimes add one of the Emersons. I often get asked how many knives I need. Most people just dont understand.
