BM 710.... when I need something a wee bit bigger. ;-)

Just added a new one to the mix and I really like this one a lot; it is a RJ Martin Devastator. Without a doubt, the sharpest knife I've ever received!

I have been playing with my Flud Unlimited Cobra knive since it arrived yesterday.

I EDC my Manix almost every day. Sometimes my Vex or D'Allara sneaks in, but my mini grip has been banished all together (too small after getting use to the Manix). After really relying on my Manix on a number of occasions, it's hard to carry anything else. I have a BM710 coming next week, so we'll se about it staying this way.

I just bought a BM mini-griptilian that I think will be number one. The axis lock is great for one hand closing. Never have the fingers in the way of the closing blade. Some backups I have are Spyderco SS models with 2.25" and 3" blades. Also a couple of BM liner locks.

Two are Bark Rivers, a TUSK and an IMP. The other two are from Himilayan Imports. I made the sheaths.

mine is saks and leatherman squirt on keychain and SE spot

I only like folders if they are multitools, if its only one locking blade I would rather carry a small fixed blade

My teachers love the idea that a Boy Scout is that well prepared. The other day I was at an A-team (anti-drug/anti-drinking-and-driving group) meeting and the power went out. Guess whose light got used to find the fuse box and replace a fuse in the school library? Mine.

show off :grumpy:

jk:p good to always be prepared. I remember becoming a cub scout years ago so my mom would let me get an sak.
I wanst into scouting that much, it started as a trick so my parents would let me start collecting knives at an young age :D .

"a boy scout is always prepared" includes former boy scouts :D

Spydercos all the way; Caly3 or Millie with a Jester on my keychain.

PS! To those who are interested; the S30V G10 Millie now has dual liners just like the BG-42 CF Millie:D

In a suit: William Henry
Any excuse: large classic Sebenza
Where I have to be legal: UKPK
When it arrives soon: small classic Sebenza
Everything else just depends but those are EDC

spyderco chinook II as a primary, and either a utility HAK, a waved endura, or a mantis karambit as a secondary.

oh, and a s&w 9ve.

Always have my classic 3-blade Camillus Stockman in its pouch on my belt
...I have two of this knife: one that my dad was given 45 years ago, and one I bought 4 years ago because I didn't want to wear the old Camillus blades down anymore.

95% of the time I also stick my Gerber Paraframe II (fine edge) into my front jeans pocket - the pocketclip is damn sturdy and the knife sits low and flat in my pocket. I'll pull out this knife if the intended work is too rough or dangerous for the small blades of my Camillus.

They're both brilliantly dependable, keen-edged and eternally tough.

When I'm on camp or out in the bush, I'll often strap my Camillus Pilot Survival knife onto my leg just in case...

Hey this is my first post, just wanted to say "hello" to everyone. This is a great community. I only recently started getting into knives and I can already feel the obsession coming on.

Anyway, my EDC is an old SAK I got as a gift, real sentimental value and it more than does the job.

I have two, first one is the spirit by victorinox. A great plier multi tool. And my favorite Graham brother's Diplomat. Not too big get in trouble with our men and women in blue, and not too small 3" blade is great as an edc blade. I like the looks of the ironwood scales, but would go with canvas micarta for better wet hands control.
