Yeah the Wenger scissors are ok but i prefer the Vics too because you can easily get replacements springs when the spring breaks or wears out.I have noticed the difference in scissors morvenus, I originaly liked the design of the ones on wenger because they are "springless" but after much use find the vic's to be sronger and the spring to be longlasting.
Or an another alternative if you like the huntsman and still want the philips buy the new Huntsmans lite. That way you get corkscrew and a philips The lite has an added layer with a good LED and a philips! I just bought a spartan lite and the lite is surprisingly good, the batteries are easily accessible too. However that added layer is about the same thickness as the scissors and saw layers put together.Just took a long, hard look at the Victorinox website. Found two things of interest:
1) For those of you who listed the Huntsman as your favorite SAK (like I did) but would prefer a philips head screwdriver instead of the corkscrew, get the Fieldmaster model. Except for that one difference, it's the same knife.
2) A Swiss Champ will set you back $86. For almost double the price, you can get a leather belt pouch and a handful of accessories to go with it. The Champ S.O.S. as it's known looks like a winner! But no way are those accessories worth $82.
