Your favorite Spyderco that doesn't exist

Yes! With another inch or so of blade and another millimeter or so of blade thickness.

One i'd like to see is a CRK/Spyderco collab, call it a Milibenza.

There used to be a photo somewhere on the Spyderco forum of someone who somehow removed his CRK blade from his Sebenza 21 and fit a Spyderco blade in there. The folder was completely functional so he probably had to do some serious modding.

Had to do a google image search after i read that, and i found one on ebay in Germany! Has a knockoff Chinese handle but the blade looks legit.

Looks better than i thought, obviously it could use a few refinements for a better F&F but not to shabby.

I would be ok if Spyderco would make sharpening notches standard on all models. But that's just me. It would be neat to see some lightweight models with M390 or equivalent as well!

Gotta add a new Lum fixed blade. Stalker or Mini Stalker, polished black G10, hand-rubbed CPM154.

OK I've thought about this a lot. My two favorite EDC models over the years ( excluding my M390 Military which I currently EDC) are the JD Smith and C-60 Ayoob. I wish they would do them again with one of the new Supersteels. I can only imagine what a JD Smith would be like in M-4 or what a C-60 Ayoob would be like in HAP-40 or any other supersteel. Those models in particular would have a new life with a newer/better blade steel. Yeah G-10 handles and supersteel blades for both of them.

A domino 2 in full Ti, contoured and snonewashed like the Slysz bowie. Bronze anodized standoffs, new bearing setup.. keep the cts-xhp.

I'd be in for one.

You have interesting taste in Spydies. Neither one of those gets a lot of attention but I can confirm they are great knives. I have an especially soft spot in my heart for the Ayoob. It hasn't been carried in a while but it once got a lot of pocket time.

I've seen this a couple times and I've said before but hopefully Sal is listening so here it is again.

Carbon fiber LW Manix2 (no liners just like FRCP models)

I’m going to take this in the opposite direction than many others here: An FFG Endura/Delica with Sandvik 14c28n or 13c26, because:
  • Though steel, can take a thin edge without chipping
  • High corrosion resistance
  • Will probably be cheaper (in Scandinavia the Endura goes for around 90 dollars + taxes...)
  • Even easier to sharpen than vg10
  • I like Sandvik steels
Wish 2: Make the CPM M4 a staple steel for the para 2.. I can’t get one without going bankrupt
