Your knife clipped to pocket ever fall out?

Honestly speaking, I seldom loose knives (clip or no clip). I misplace them and find them months later under something inside the house. Last knife I lost (actually I knew within an hour I left it) was about a year or so ago with a SAK. I left lie on the window sill at a motel that I was working at (contractor). Drove off and decided to just write that one off. Our experiences are not so different. But I have had knives clipped to a front pocket get snagged a pull out. Noticed them and didn't loose, but I could have.

I've just had terrible luck with traditional, clip-less knives.
My Swisschamp hasn't been lost...but it resides in a velcroed pouch in a zippered pocket of my backpack.

Took my Northwoods Burnside Jack to the woods once, and it fell out on the ground as well. Luckily it was during the day, and was in a leather pocket-slip, so I easily found it.

I have had a bit more luck sticking small clipless knives into the watch pocket of my cargo pants in recent months, but I won't be surprised if I lose another knife carrying it that way too. :D

Clips verses Clipless is an interesting subject .
I have become a clip convert over the last few years and now wouldn't contemplate a knife without one .
For years I carried a Traditional in my pocket and even though I only lost one there were numerous times when they escaped my pocket . But they tended to escape when sitting down , so a frantic search usually unearthed them down the back of a chair or in the truck .
The pocket clip tends to secure the knife when sitting so if one goes AWOL it is usually a case where it has hooked on something while working , walking , standing .
This makes the frantic search a lot more difficult and potentiall a lot less successful .

The practicality and efficiency of the clip still makes it a winner though in my opinion .

Yes.
Strider/Buck folder on a carnival ride, and a Kershaw Speed Safe Ken Onion model while working on a garbage truck.

They didn't just "fall out" but twice had a seat cushion (after market) snag one and they came out.

I got a Lone Wolf knife from the Whittington center in New Mexico and was sitting outside, looking for coyotes to shoot. Gave up and went inside only to find my knife gone never to be seen again

Fall out yes, very infrequently. Never lost one that way.
