Come on Ozy, you're just gonna tease us and not show the knife in an opened position?:D

Got myself a handmade Central Javanese keris with a Scandinavian meteorite folded into the blade. Stag handle and silver plated pendok (sheath). I'm into pencak silat, so I've been very interested in Indonesian weapons recently. Spent more on it than I should have, but the seller gave me a good deal on it!

That is soooo beautiful, is that from Yogyakarta? I'm jealous, I never own one. There were always so many superstitious things around a Keris, that’s actually what stop me from buying a Keris, but I always want one.

My old lady bought me this after I gave her a royal blue Pro-Tech Runt.

I picked up this little gem today. NOS at 1stopknifeshop.

Congrats! I have the same configuration (plain edge), only that mine says "first production run" on the blade.

By the way, how long is the blade on yours? On my CUDA the blade is 4 inches, overall length of knife at almost 9 inches. Are you going to use it? Please let us know how it performs. I am keeping mine as a safe queen.

Best wishes,

Edalb

Just bought my first Breeden knife - a Tyson Bushcrafter. I liked it so much I ordered a KAT knife with a PSK handle the next day.

I just received my new Benchmade 42 and Kershaw Blur today. Really tempted to pick up a Spyderco Persian, but I (My wife) think I spent enough on knives for this month.

My last buy was this nice 5" Sandvik blank, I made the handle with Lignum Vitae, Nickel, Birch bark and Vegetable ivory. Finished it on St Patricks day.

Must say I really love this knife, but I'm currently in the process of rebeveling the edge to 30 degrees inclusive.

Most recent?

Kershaw 2445ST "Barrage." Thirty-five dollars, from Wal-mart, no less.
