Just added my second Case SB single blade with green kirinite handles today. Ever since I saw Modoc ED single blade ebony I’ve been hooked. I think I like the satin finish the best and the smooth white bone handles done by @jsdistin make it very special.

I just received a backup for my greenbone Schrade Parker-Frost stockman. A little more worn in the jigging, not as tight as a new one, none of the etch left on the clip main, but still has that great Schrade steel and feel. Of course, the backup is in the back.

The Smooth Bone on the Tribal looks really attractive, nice finish on both of them too, when you get a good CASE you get a great knife in my experience.

Thank you, and absolutely. I have been pretty fortunate in that I have a well stocked ACE Hardware near my home where I've become on a first name basis with their guy who orders knives. So, I usually try to keep my purchases to those that I've been able to handle myself, although the quality overall seems to be getting better.

Got this pair in from a blade forums friend today. Very happy with them! I only have a few GEC stags, and this is only my second shielded stag (2014 forum knife is the other). Happy with both of them.
