Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

Thank you Flint Hills and Jon - you sure have to give it to Case - they knew, and know, how to color bone. My other favorite brand to collect is Buck - this first Camillus version of the Buck 301 Stockman came in Friday's mail, just took a picture and then cleaned it up (I did that backwards!?!) It is in nice shape to be so old - no wear at all. OH

Many thanks to Ryan for the trade. This Sword brand is my newest and I am still researching the history of it. Any help from the more knowledgeable members here is appreciated. I have gone back to the Camillus catalogs starting with 1947 and going forward about 15 years, Still no luck finding it. The previous owner thought it could have been a custom because he couldn't find it either.

I was just admiring that Sword Brand in the EDC thread, congratulations

A couple of my recent arrivals :)

That Shadow Pen is a more than tidy knife, Jack.

The Heritage has a lot of appeal too, I have the Ebony Clip and Rosewood Spear. Took a bit of sharpening as they left the factory without a proper grinding. Knives with character, and not too heavy in the pocket either.

Thanks, Will

Glad you are enjoying it and that old girl is seeing some action again. It didn't seem right that it was just sitting in a drawer!

Today a box of goodies arrived, including some traditionals! :D (Sorry about bad pics, was too late to get any pics in daylight)

The Peanut is actually a gift included with the purchase! Thank you Sir!!! ;) (Someone here must be telepathic, as I was lusting after a bone handled Peanut for a while now...)

And the one and only that Evan has modified for me:

Turned out great! Thank you Evan!!!

Will take some more pics tomorrow during the day.

It was my pleasure! That was a really cool project to work on. Not only is it the only lock back I have modified, but I completely changed the pattern to turn it into a swell end Barlow. Lots of sweat, but even more fun!! Enjoy it in good health!

I'm having camera issues so I'm doing my best to get some pics up of my latest acquisitions including a handful of knives from Jack Black all of English heritage, including a Sheffield J Fenton & Sons ring opener pen in NS, a International Orange G Iberson & Co. pruning blade which my wife immediately confiscated for her gardening :), a (looks like Fowler Fish knife), a Richards Pocket Bar knife, with blade, bottle opener and corkscrew, all the essentials for an afternoon of imbibing ;) :) . Also this beautiful pearl pen knife, although it's missing a blade is gorgeous and will be carried as a single blade pen, having a single back spring it's hot a thin frame and with one blade is extremely pocket friendly. Finally a manicure lobster pattern in black.

Thank you so much Jack my friend these have all shared time in my pocket, (except the Iberson print which my wife still won't give me back ;). Thanks again so much Jack your contributions through stories, history and pictures has been an asset to the community and enjoyed by many.

Again I apologize for the picture quality my pics are always better but I did want to thank Jack and acknowledge the gift of knives. Thank you Jack, . I'm proud to be able to call you my friend and we will meet up to bend our elbows together.

Well my air conditioning unit decided to die two days ago. Luckily, I had these ordered before that happened. My last ones till 2015.

Brett, the dark coco #48 is beautiful! All three are nice, but the #48 really grabbed me.

Thanks Jeff. I got this one from CK, and while it doesn't look like the pic provided in the web, I was pleased when I got it. It looks even better in the sun, but have yet to figure out how to photograph that.
