Picked up this lightly used Burnside Jack from the exchange a week ago and my reshipper finally delivered it to my doorstep. A couple of firsts here - my first Northwoods and my first knife with primitive bone covers. I'm loving the heft of this small knife and the blade thickness. And those covers to me are just perfect!

Thanks, it is indeed propwood! Really neat little knife, super tight and no play on the blades what so ever. Nice patina, with minimal pitting and blade wear, I like it.
