Very nice, Alan; getting a GEC that shares your birthday is super-cool!My newest stag. A 57 Wrangler. I passed on the 2016 BF knife. This way I get my favorite cover, a nice clip blade, a punch and an extra blade.
Also it was released on my 65th birthday.

One of my favorite things about it is the pile side cover seems to have been sawcut prior to jigging:
The chestnut tone is a classic, close to the copperhead from the 77 run. Makes me wonder about those saw cuts.

Great picture RobertK! The wife gave me this one, and a new pair of moccasins. My lanyard attempt was from the laces that were on the old moccasins. Will try it again someday soon with some new leather lacing.
