Also it was released on my 65th birthday.

A Cripple Creek Barlow. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this knife! Fit and finish are perfect. Walk and talk are perfect.

John, you've been on an admirable roll for quite a while!! :thumbup: That British clip is just Wright; the Rogers walnut stockman is exactly the model I'd have chosen (or, I could rephrase that as, "I'm so envious!" ); the Cripple Creek Barlow looks fabulous, and fairly unique here on The Porch, IIRC!

Well said Bob! Being new around here I had not seen this "flipping" before. I was surprised.

I'm surprised, too, and maybe even more surprised that folks will pay what the flippers are asking (but I'm not very economically sophisticated in the ways of the pocket knife market).

One of my favorite things about it is the pile side cover seems to have been sawcut prior to jigging:

The chestnut tone is a classic, close to the copperhead from the 77 run. Makes me wonder about those saw cuts.

Great picture RobertK! The wife gave me this one, and a new pair of moccasins. My lanyard attempt was from the laces that were on the old moccasins. Will try it again someday soon with some new leather lacing.
