I found this USA made Schrade 197UH just hanging out in a antique shop my wife and i stopped at today. Its well put together with good snap, I dont think it was ever sharpened. I wanted it as soon as i picked it up. I have no idea what it's worth but it was worth every penny of the 20 dollars i laid down for it.

Green delrin Schrade 5ot with a Schrade Copenhagen 89ot on the way. Anyone that has one ever use the serrated blade for anything?

Never had that particular knife but serrated blades work well on rope, rubber hose, seat belts, those type of material.

Picked this one up the other day, definitely my favs are the 77 barlow spear blades

I am trying to collect all the northfield 77 spear blades. Still need the smooth autumn bone and African Blackwood. Hit me up if you can help in the expansion of my collection

I scooped up one of the newer Queens last week, and the quality is pretty good. Fit and finish are tight, pulls moderate (5-6 on all blades) edges evenly beveled and sharp. The only negative is that the sheepfoot and small spear secondaries are so heavily krinked that they look bent when opened, but everything fits nicely in the well. Good stag, medium thickness. A solid, good looking, useful effort.

Found this Rough Rider canoe a couple weeks ago in a local shop. My first Rough Rider, it's definitely not finished as nice as my Case knives, but it's pretty, and it came extremely sharp out of the box.

How sharp, you ask? Well, the 5/8" slice across the tip of my thumb says really sharp. My fault for using the Dumas method to clean it!

Sadly, the cost of the stitches negated the relative low cost of the knife. (Sigh)... live and learn...
