The bone has some sharp edges hence the little pieces of micro fiber cloth stuck to it. Really happy with all other aspects of the knife.

I'm blown away by it. This is my first "high end" slipjoint and I'm very, very happy with it. The hardest thing for me right now is the first scratch, then I know I'll be able to use it how it's intended. Now I have to get that Wharncliffe Trapper in ebony!

I've had that happen on a few brand-new GEC jigged bone knives. Couple days in the pocket usually takes care of it.

I may have missed something about the jigging on the 48's but I have a question . Why is the jigging on the middle knife different than all of the other ones ?????

Harry, that is the Charlie special of the run, the key date of the release so to say in the coin world. It has more of the pony cut like jigging from the peach seed 15 run (also a Charlie special)
