Thank you pmek5.
They are a couple of 1st's for me. 1st of anything I have ever had in those scales(Mammoth and Yellow Heart).
I can see why folks collect the Mammoth. I see a lot of variety was displayed in the last Northwoods drop of the Big Bay.

Just received this IXL George Wostenholm from @Luger1952 . I have looked for a good one of these for a couple of years and was not able to put my hands around any so when I saw Lloyd had one for sale , I trusted that his would be a pretty good one . I am not disappointed at all . It does have a very stiff pull , but so do my 73's . No big deal . Thank you Lloyd .

I did take more pictures of it to show the Spear Blade , but for some reason either the camera or the memory card's gone on the fritz .

This is the latest in my merry go round trials of GEC patterns—the last one until I can sell a few that have come in.

This one was a lucky grab since it was an EBay auction. What I thought was a bid that would get eclipsed ended up winning and it looks like a great example of a two-blade 77 jack in lighter ebony. I’d wanted to see a 77 before the barlow I won a place for gets made and also to see this lighter ebony since I really like the dark ebonies.

I should move this one along, but it is going to be hard! I may have to try to move along my Boker barlow instead.

I'd keep it! I think I bid on that one too.

Ha! It has a firm pull on both blades, and really good snap on the main. I admit it beats the Boker barlow in both walk and talk and fit and finish, but the price doesn’t lie about the difference either! :D

Paul that is a beautiful knife! I think it is definitely one of the classiest 15 Huckleberries! I know I’m proud to have one that I bought from BigBiscuit! :D
