The hippekniep-sodbuster feels really workmanlike. F&f is very good. The edge out of box is sharp, just needs a stropping to shave. Pull is surprisingly smooth, I expected a stronger pull but this has still a good snap.

The smaller one is a good size for a pocketknife. Wood handle is plain, I might try to dye it to darker color. Good f&f. Edge needs some sharpening, which I don't mind.

I know Darren, it pretty much is!! I typed into eBay, for the last two weeks, GEC Ben Hogan #65 in Tortoise shell, and thought I would never see one come up, but shonuff one did! First, some others popped up then finally the Tortoise showed. Persistence sometimes pays off!

Will Power Will Power Thanks Will. The rosewood 92 just glows. I haven't seen wood like this since I was in business and would see tables made from mahogany, cherry, etc.
I've been looking for a smaller stag to pair with some of my other knives and this one really hit the sweet spot. I may be prejudiced but I think this is John's finest work.
