Very thin, very light, very sharp and slicey . . . beautiful!

afishhunter afishhunter very nice arrivals (by the sound of it;)) You don't have a camera or smartphone plus imgur? It's really easy to put up pix, if I can do it anybody can:D :D
My (allegedly) "smart" phone and vintage obsolete not quite an antique 2013 Windows Surface RS tablet and Imgur do not play well together. :(
In a nut shell, Imgur basically tells them both to go to the hot place.
No matter what I try, use the image or link icon, or paste directly into the body of the message, or which Imgur link I use, I get a dead "image icon". One of the links the BF system refuses flat out, and won't let me use it. I had to sign back in to BF each of the three times I tried that one, before I realized (AKA "Read") what was going on.

If you like, I can email you a picture. My (allegedly) "smart" phone can do that much, at least. :)

Nice collection brother!!!

Thank you, Paul! I sincerely appreciate it. I have been grateful to have gotten three* covers that I'm very pleased with. My latest, that Cocobolo arrived today, and I love how it glows in natural daylight. I've seen a few of them in pictures here that are very dark, so I was glad to get this one. The bone on both the other PC and the #62 have a lot of character to them, so they're all winners to me! GEC did a tremendous job with these.

* I've not really seen much variation in the micarta covers, so I was perfectly fine with it!

That's some nice work! Thanks for posting!

My big ol' Queen arrived today. Blade etch calls it a 3L... not sure what L stands for... This monster is only maybe 1/4" shorter than my Buck 110 when open. This is a big handful of a knife, with Queen Tool Steel, which I'm pretty sure means D2. It certainly acted like D2 when I was trying to get the edge sorted out... trying is the operative word here. I'm still working on it.... I think you could field dress an elk with this thing....

Nice knife
"Tool Steel" does mean D2 in Queen parlance. I think the "L" means lock or locking. I have several Queen/S&M copperheads. They are model #41 except for the one with a liner lock. Its a #41L.

This is my haul from the last couple of weeks:

I think I’m good for now!

You're right, really well made pattern and an excellent variety there.
Is it my eyes/the picture but are the Pocketcarver's bolsters bigger than the regular 62's?

Thanks, Will
