Your newest addition:traditionals of course!

It’s not the most pristine but it’s a solid representation and one I’ve been hunting for for a bit.

I just got this beauty out of the mail box courtesy of our very own @Redmeadow Knives

These nighttime photos don’t do it justice.

I opted for the Zulu pattern and belt sheath. It fits surprisingly well in the hand despite it being so small. It’s so well made I can honestly say this is the nicest fixed blade I have ever owned.

The rain finally let up enough for me to give this new arrival and the fence a formal introduction:

Pretty sharp once I knocked off the wire edge. The saw is very sharp, and the whole thing is solidly constructed. A little fat for right front pocket carry (not that that ever stopped me), but it came with a nice leather sheath for belt carry. Got it very cheap thanks to a tip from @euroken .

Adding to my comfort zone. (we need a clown emoji...) My "spare" Boker Barlow Expedition arrived today. Not bad, not as good as the first one. Will most likely be my primary user of this knife, with the other as spare incase something happens to this one. Have I mentioned I really like this Boker? (again with the clown emoji...)

And the other stuffs acquired over the last two weeks - new nail clippers and file, Tru-Sharp version Pen Knife, and the Boker.

I may or may not have ordered a couple more Boker Solingen barlows that are missing from my collection, lol. :P In the end, I just couldn't resist the damascus and bog oak once I realized it was using Chad Nichols stainless! I was thinking it was just a simple carbon damascus. I also snagged a brown curly birch that might end up replacing the 150th anniversary curly birch as I'm not the biggest fan of blade etches. They're coming from overseas, so it may be a bit, but I'll have some pics up soon! :D

I ordered the brown Curley Burch a few weeks ago for the same reason. :) The 150 will now stay in the display case. The new BCB’s blade centering isn’t as good as the other Boker Barlows I have, but it doesn’t rub and it’s a user so no big deal.

Wow, that's gorgeous! I might just end up keeping both of the birch barlows, lol.

Yea, every once in awhile you do get one with a little questionable QC. I'd put Boker Solingen's fit and finish right up there with GEC, but I think there quality control is more on par with Case, if that makes sense. For the most part, they are usually priced right in between the two so no complaints at all here (especially considering they have to deal with import fees which considerably raise their costs). Out of the twenty or so Boker Solingen knives I've owned, I've sent back two. One with a blade that was rubbing and another that had a long pull that was ground incorrectly. Every other example has had absolutely phenomenal fit and finish and I consider them some of the best deals in my collection. I really think people should be going crazy for these, but I'm kind of glad they're not, lol. More for us!

Well it’s a tie for newest lol.
Was going to wait until tomorrow to open the box and couldn’t wait. So here is my pride and joy :)
Case Bose collaboration Ebony wood Lannys clip 154cm and I think I’m in love!

I've been curious about these... Care to do a small write up? I've had a few slip joint LCs, and I think that pattern is *a perfect user pattern. It's robustness always made me feel like it didn't need to lock, but the fact that this one does seems like it might be a different class of knife.
