I have one of these in my life jacket pocket on a long lanyard. It satisfies the local safety requirements for getting on the water due to the whistle and the blade is great for the random rope cutting and snacks.

Just got this big beauty!

To be honest I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the narrow clip blade design but, now that I have it in person, I think it makes for a very elegant yet large knife.

The red on this thing is gorgeous and the fit/finish is outstanding!

These David Mary knives just arrived this weekend, several days early!

(1) Badger Scout with customized extended blue micarta handle. I think it's a 3.5" blade.

(2) Bittyrang made on a challenge by David, "...Bittyrang proof of concept. First person to post with a handle material and color I have in stock and available decides how this one gets dressed..." With color suggested by Wild Willie, "Black micarta, yellow liners", but purchased by Moi !! I think it's about a 2.6" or 2.8" blade.
