how is yourcornerstore.com? Ive heard some bad stories but also heard some good. Ive heard to just make sure they are in stock and you should be fine. what do you all think?

I ordered a knife from them recently. Arrived in 11 days, even after upgrading to Priority Mail (Which they say takes 2-4 days). Called them first time, said it was shipped one day, called them a few days later and said it was shipped on a different day. Not a fan what so ever of yourcornerstore.

I've had good and bad experiences with them. Instead of risking poor shipment and lack of a good return policy, I just pay the extra 5-10 bucks to get it from NGK, J's Knives and More, or Knifecenter

I've ordered several Spyderco's from them and had much success, great prices and the shipping was on time.

I did however order some Spyderco's that they showed several in stock and then they changed their status to backorder a few days later. It was a model that had not even been released (I didnt know this at the time). I would just double check with them that they do have stock before you order

Considering that there are vendors out there with stellar reputations, to me it makes no sense to roll the dice with anyone else.

I've used them 3 or 4 times. Some for in stock items and a few for pre-order. Each time the deliveries were when I epected them. He drop ships many in stock items from CA so being in Nevada I got those in 3 days but I 100% agree with powernoodle.

I pretty much just use Tom Berry for Spyderco's and Knifeworks/NGK and other reputable dealers these days who I know well and who make special efforts to get me a good knife the first try and on time. 5-10 bucks is not going to be worth a trip back for a repair or exchange in my book. I appreciate and will happily pay for personal service when it's available.

I will say though, yourcornerstore has super low prices on Mcusta. If you can wait for the delivery (2-3 weeks sometimes) you can save as much as $20 on some Mcustas models through them compared against some other online discount retailers.

They have great prices, my rat came on time..I guess I've had good luck with them. I like the people on bladeforums more though.

I canceled an order from yourcornerstore after I a product that was supposed to come in the 7th of March failed to do so. While this wasn't his fault, I still have yet to be reimbursed on my credit card. I contacted him twice already, once on the 9th and then again a week later requesting the funds be reimbursed. Trying to call his store now, but no answer...

Contacted yourcornerstore last week and was told that the accountant is still working credits. I ended up ordering from another vendor but still have yet to be refunded my money from the cancelation.

I just placed my first order with them a few months ago.Everything was shipped promptly and everything was OK but the only thing that surprised me was that it was shipped directly from Moteng,a distributor.

Wow, I never heard feedback on yourcornerstore like this before (It's good to know).

I order from them twice, 3 items the first, and 5 items the second.

Everything arrived on time and came in great condition.

I'd buy from them again. Yes, their prices are low, but not rediculously low.

I've ordered from them twice, and have gotten my items pretty quickly. But then, I'm also in CA heh

Well after a month from my initial ordering and cancelation, yourcornerstore has refunded my money, I think. I have the email that says that it did, but I have to wait 24-72 hours for it to show up on my bank statement.
I think the secret to yourcornerstore is.. if it is in stock when you order, you should be good and get your product rather fast. If it runs out for any reason, I think that is when you run into problems.
I ordered a CS kukri machete and a RC-4 from them initially. The machete was in stock at the time and the RC-4 was not. I canceled the RC-4 after the second time that they told me it would be in and had the machete shipped to me. The machete came very fast to me, yet the canceled item took way too long for them to refund my money.
Bottom line, I will not be ordering from them again. A few extra dollars is well worth the knowledge that an item will be delivered on time and if not the transaction will be canceled and my funds returned to me promptly.

Edited b/c I can't spell.

I ordered several items from them which had an actual total weight of less than two pounds and was charged $35.00 shipping. The cart calculated shipping by assumption that more items = more weight. I called the store and was very rudely cut off. All items were backordered and it's anyone's guess when the order will be shipped.
