I've ordered from them twice. First time it did take longer than the other dealers I typically use. The owner asked me last time what was said about him here. I told him the general consensus was that if you want it for less get it at yourcorner, if you want it fast get it someplace else. He disagreed and said they ship pretty quick. I ordered a Para Military that day which was a Friday. I had that Para Military on Monday morning following the weekend so if it stays like that hey great!
Returns are reportedly tricky with them. All dealers can be if it happens a lot and someone repeats that as a habit so to speak. Can't blame them in some regards as people will abuse good nature sometimes. Still it is a good place to save about ten bucks on a lot of models. Their site has been hacked a lot. I've had trouble off and on getting in and next time you do jot the phone number down and you'll be better off when it is hacked because that will still work. The hacking makes me wonder how secure they are. I hope they don't keep credit card info. If the site can be hacked it makes you wonder how secure your info is if its there you know?

I find it extremely important that online retailer ensure their website are as secure as possible.It's jut not worth saving the ten bucks.
I also have noticed that there seem to be alot of knife retailer who been the victims of hacker.The last one,I heard of was S & R knives.

I used them in the past and received my order quickly. But that makes sense since the majority of their stuff ships from a warehouse right down the street from my office.
For the last few days I can't even access their site. It redirects you to the generic Google search page.

I've bought from them before and was not disappointed though the handling time was a little lengthy... overall it was good
My experience is that they are good for rock-bottom prices and OK with service and support. IIRC it is just one guy working out of his house with all of the merchandise bought wholesale then drop-shipped directly to you.
