The 620 is really growing on me, ofcourse since nothing is perfect, I'd prefer the noncoated M390 blade matched with a G10 handle, AND since we're nitpicking, I'd like the blade length to be the full 4", pretty much my standard for a tactical blade. Ah well...that's why it's called chasing the unicorn.

I like the way you think. I would love for ZT/Hinderer to make a 4 inch blade version of the 562, with the same gorgeous slicer grind and same edge geometry, of course to keep the exact blade shape they would have to add some width to it which would be awesome. I love wide blades though.

My dream ZT/Emerson collab knife would be a CQC-13 blade (in M390) again with a 4 inch blade that is maybe a little wider, a handle that is more comfortable and fits bigger hands with the same or similar three line texturing as the 620, frame lock with a lockbar stabilizer and steel insert to avoid the sticky lock that both of my originals had (to the point where the lock gets stuck so bad I have to pry it open), nice standoffs, and two position deeper carry (but not too deep) clip for lefties and righties with a sexy satin clip with the Emerson Skull. I think that would be the ULTIMATE Hard Use Folder!!! :D I think it would be one of ZTs best sellers. I know I'm hoping for a lot, but like I said, its my DREAM KNIFE. :D Would You Buy It???

At the 2014 Blade Show I'm hoping for a ZT 0563CF which would be a 3" blade version of the 0562CF which has a 3.5" M390 stainless steel blade & Carbon Fiber scale. Kind of like what the ZT 0562CF is to the Hinderer XM-18 3.5" this 0563CF would be to the XM-18 3".

That's awesome. This actually means that I should be able to lay my hands on one after the first production run selld out in 5 seconds. .

Sign me up! Actually, anything in the sub-4.0 ounce category would be intriguing to me. But I'm not expecting it. I suspect ZT will want a little more time to see how the 0770CF plays out before it commits more resources to producing lightweight knives.

If ZT makes the 3" blade version of the 0562CF it should weigh around 3.5 ounces. I'm basing that on the relative equal weight of XM-18 3.5" and 0562CF (about 5.5 ounces) plus the weight of the XM-18 3" being 3.4 ounces.

I liking that they are making more non-recurved blade designs.
I absolutely hate that.
Still trying to decide if I want to get a Brous or a ZT in the future :D
