I've warmed up to the zt blade style more but I wish they would come out with more non-flipper style folders.
They can be de-assisted.![]()
Like the new Emersons?
Off topic for a sec but is the Blur designed to be used both ways for assisted and de-assisted?
ZT didn't develop any locking mechanisms, nor did they develop the pocket clip or the one hand opening folder. They don't sell parts on their website (like EKI), nor do they develop their products to be highly efficient tools (like Spyderco). Oh yeah, Benchmade offered custom grade knives way before ZT (Custom shop and Gold Class)
So, in short, ZTs contribution to the knife world really isn't any more than a drop in the bucket.
BladeHQ has some of the new stuff listed with prices if anyone wants to check it out.
Thank you.
$240 street price for the 0620CF is a steal.
NOT the FAMILY JEWELS!Yea, and I still have every one of them. And I completely agree.
The conundrum for me is going to be when I run out of other knives to finance my ZT's. Get a third job, sell the kids, sell the farm, the family jewels.?... I see some difficult decisions in my not so distant future.
I like that 620 but what's the bottle opener looking feature near the thumb stud?
