Id say yes but Id wait till some of their new models come out in s35v. I have the 561 and had zt put a new frame with the stainless steel insert on it. I lobe the knife. I'm thinking about getting the 0452cf
 
yep tough decisions here between ZT and Spyderco! I'm just loving the Yojimbo 2 I just gotta pull the ol trigger..I really like Knifeworks but it seems as if them and pretty much every other shop are either out of stock or on back order on the Yohimbo 2 except for Knife Center which has a good price of $121 and in stock..are there any stores I may be missing besides the usual? (Blade HQ, Knife Depot, Knives Ship Free)
 
forgot to mention DAMN I was wanting to pick up a 5.11 Backpack this paycheck but since being introduced to ZT and Spyderco that may have to wait til next check. I either spend or save 150-200 twice a month out of each check with the latter being difficult with my eyes watering so much on my new obsessions here haha. Wondering if I may be able to grab the Yojimbo 2 for any less than Knife Center's $121 if I waited for Knife Works to get more in stock and just grab a 5.11 pack this check..whatever I'll shut up now :yawn:

Any of the KW exclusive S90V/CF Yojimbo 2s left...?
 
Actually yes I believe the only place I have seen the Yojimbo 2 in S90V is at Knifeworks for $199 i think...is it really worth basically 100 more dollars to go from S30V to S90V?
 
I'm going out on a limb here and I may sound like an ass but whatever I'm here to learn, would it be a higher Vanadium content or something?

If you Want the premium steel then grab with the KW exclusive S90V CF exclusive version.I have never regretted purchasing a exclusive or sprint.S90V and carbon fiber may justify the price.You might look back and wish you grabbed the CF S90V version at at some point down the line....I know I have made that mistake a few times in retrospect....

hmm yeah only a run of 800 pieces of this Yojimbo 2 in S90V...i guess the difference in steel is really worth it to have S90V? I'm just not familiar with S90V, can you all jump in here and give me the business on some S90V please? I have heard it is difficult to sharpen, but I'm not worried about that as I would be ok with sending it in to Spyderco to be sharpened if need be til I can one day do it myself. I am also not familiar with Carbon Fiber scales...how different to G-10 is Carbon Fiber? How does it feel and all? Sorry I just don't know much of shit and I would really like to as I can see spending $100 more for something that will be just that much better!

Ya know, I was going to say ignore the books. Figured nobody would have the time to look that close. At least there's no dirty mags in there.

Funny story...I'm into aquariums. You might be surprised how often people take pics of their tanks while in the nude. They post them online not realizing what's in the reflection. Yuck!

there is a 0180 Hinderer Field Tac ZT fixed blade on the exchange that I just listed in individual fixed blades If you want tough and exotic steel this is it with Vanadis 4 Extra steel
