Well, this Saturday that just passed was a great chance to get out into the woods yet again. :) Weather was perfect, knives were ready, and all were in good health. So off we go! The ZT 0102 makes limbing a breeze. This time out was the first time we have...

A Zero Tolerance 0102 that is. :) It showed up yesterday, courtesy of Thomas (thanks again, man!). The pictures weren't taken till after midnight though...too busy with marking assignments and playing with my new axe. Pictures of the sheath (original, old-school version): Nice hand grip...

Early this month, I received a pleasant surprise from Thomas...the Zero Tolerance 0308BLKTS. It is rather large; here it is with a Previous Zero Tolerance Beast, the ZT 0561, and the Spyderco K2: Rather large, but the K2 is even larger in certain dimensions. The ZT is slightly thicker...

On July 20th I received an amazing new knife, courtesy of Thomas...the ZT 0235. This knife had been on my radar since I first saw it; I really liked the idea of an elegant slip-joint with modern steel and materials that also had a pocket-clip...but fret not haters of clips! If you...

They make good stuff.
If you like the designs, the quality is there.
If you don't like the designs, you should probably buy something else.
Thomas of KAI has provided me with various ZT knives (and an axe) over the years, and I like them all.
My wife bought me a ZT 0620CF that I quite like.
My dad likes the ZT 0551 I gave him. He is 75 years old now, so liking ZT is not a mark of youthful lack of having seen knives before.
My brother likes the ZT 0551 I gave him, and he carried it when getting married. It saved the day when he used it to trim a hanging thread off a bridemaid's dress (the search for scissors had proven futile).
He also has the ZT 0801 I won in a Bladeforums giveaway years ago, and it has made a really nice bushcraft knife. Very ergonomic handle, and a stout yet sharp blade.
