Zt 0392 BRNGLD!

One of the persons selling on eBay mentions that they bought 2. lukemeetze is their eBay name.
 
had to snag this one because i regretted selling my blackwash one last year. happy i ended up getting it... was worried when the queue seemed like forever.
 
I tried and tried and tried, but did not luck out. The website crashed, and, after refreshing, my time expired. This was my first time trying to get in on an LE, and I must say that it was a joke. I would think ZT could come up with a better system than this.

Since demand is so high, why not make and offer more? It seems like business 101 to me.

Dang...they charged me about $20 bucks to ship my 0392 to Canada all I did was call them.

I think keeping the exclusivity of there only being so many keeps the demand high.

Well, that's pretty obvious. However, they could offer 500 or 1000 and still keep the exclusivity, still sell out, and give more people the chance to snag one.

That's Bizarre, I won one of the first few knives from KC and then they called me. The person on the phone told me because it was a flipper they wouldn't ship it to Canada via the regular channels but that they would ship it using a secondary company that did that sort of thing but ... it would cost me $150 US for the privilege. At the time the exchange wasn't as bad as it is now but at the end of the day it still made it pretty pricey. It's not the end of the world I bought a Hinderer for the same price not too long ago, I am sure I will come up with another way to spend the money LOL
 
I was all set to grab one of these, but I received a letter that changed that today. Looks like I've been accepted into another Masters degree program so I needed to divert my ZT fund to my tuition fund :( You'd think at my age I'd had enough punishment at school :(

Could they? Why don't you call Rick Hinderer up and ask him for 1000 sets of hardware with a particular ano color. See what he says.
 
Well the 1 st is almost over and I still can't buy one?

I see ZT didn't say their site wasn't capable of selling knives! Bet if they used one of those sexy "go-daddy" girls to do their site this wouldn't have been a problem. ;-)

Lol all the whiners here is exactley why ZT/KAI left bladeforums. I triedx and i too failed. That's life. Even when they were at different retailers the systems were bogged down.
 
Honestly I would have loved one of these. Circumstances prevented that from happening. Life will go on. I'll just wait for the next special edition knife. I don't feel too bad anyway as I have an Eklipse :)
 
Tried. Failed. Drowned my sorrow by purchasing an Hinderer XM-24 Bowie Flipper Brown G-10. My wife saw how disappointed I was so she encouraged the purchase even though it was over what was budgeted. Sometimes things just work out.
