Zt 0392 SOUND OFF!

What does everyone think of their 0392?

I feel like it offers more (blade steel, fit and finish, ball bearing pivot, custom parts and overall feel) for the money than any of my other $400 folders. I do not understand how this thing missed out on "Overall Knife Of The Year" at Blade.

It's freekin dope! Mine was outta the box and in my pocket within 30 seconds. I use it every day, sharpened it once so far, and it still looks like it did out of the box. And the KVT ball bearings are unreal, when people say zero blade play, this thing has ab-so-lu-tly ZERO blade play, the lock up is solid no matter if you open it so slowly that the lock just clicks in, or if you flip it open hard. I am totally digging it.

I wanna know who has serial number 0392. :P

Congrats to those that were able to land one. I was reloading one of the sites all day, until all of a sudden that site wouldn't load. I was so bummed. Not as bummed as I am with the secondary market pricing. Is this a hobby or a side business? Lol

Unfortunately it seems that far too often its become a way to make a fast buck. I have nothing against making money yet I'd much rather see the true knife lovers get their hands on the great knives. This certainly is a great knife...my hats off to the guys at ZT and Mr. Hinderer.

Get your money back and maybe tack on a small amount, but $200? Not much difference between someone like that and a scalper IMO. Some guy has one posted in the Canadian forum for 575 USD. I see this behaviour in the watch hobby as well.

The day mine arrived I saw one on the Bay listed for $3000...I had to laugh. Of course, I saw that one did sell, at least appeared to sell for $1500. I completely understand a little bit of markup if you were willing to spend 3-4 hours like I did to keep trying to get your order to go through at GPK, but those prices are nuts.
