ZT 0770CF Pics

It's so sad because you could buy it now on the ZT website for 225 or wait impatiently and get it for like 50 bucks cheaper. I've always been pretty patient so I can do it, I just don't want to :p

I meant the width of the pivot screw extends beyond the surface of the scales, not that there is a space between the pivot and the scales itself. On many knives, the pivot screw sits in a recessed cavity on the scales, so the top of the screw is usually flush with the scales (ie. you can lay the knife completely flat on a table). Sorry for being unclear.

Got it. The fact that the pivot screw heads rest on top of the scales rather than recessed within them doesn't particularly bother me, but I understand that some people might not like it. As I said before, however, I'm just grateful ZT developed a knife that actually suits my needs. To be honest with you, I never thought that would happen.

Me either but the 0770 and 0770CF caught my eye. The 0770 will be here tomorrow and the 0770CF is still on my radar
 
So is this a limited edition or just out of stock? I remember hearing it's regular production

0770CF is regular production. It's the 0770 that's limited edition although they produced a good 2,000 so there are some still around
 
Yes finaly FedEx says the knife will be here friday! Can't wait to make a short and long term review about it.
 


Just got my precious today in mail.....the lite weight was a surprise to me compared to my other 16 ZTs
 
Just ordered mine. Firs ~$200 knife. I loved the ZTs but I hate how bulky they are. I think I'm gonna love it.
 
You will love this knife than its not big, bulky, or heavy like most ZTs but it still has a tuff feel to it. Im very happy with mine and im a big knife fan
