The 0770cf and 940-1 are two of the three work folders that I carry on a daily basis in my slacks, the other is a Brous Bionic Auto, and I like them all but tend to carry the ZT a little more due to the thinness and profile. It acts quite a bit bigger than the 940-1 but when you put them side to side there is not much difference, the ZT is a little wider but the BM is a little fatter so they even out but the blade stock and size on the ZT makes the difference for me. The Brous and ZT are almost the exact same knife, design wise, but use different materials (of course) cf vs aluminum and Elmax vs D2 make the ZT a better buy but I do love auto's (the Speedsafe assist pretty much acts like an auto but I have always been a sucker for a push button opener).
