Zt 0900. What a great little knife.

Honestly, this is just the worst place ever. Completely filled with enablers of every stripe. Makes me question myself.

Mine come in a few days ago low serial number 0507 I have just about every knife you can think about and the zt 0900 is one of my favorite knives you have to see one to see how nice they're built and how heavy duty

Im not a lefty and i can open and close it just fine left handed.
this is the best knife so far 2015.I anodized mine with a torch and it looks sweeeeeet gping to try and post pics.mine opens so fast im afraid itsgoing to snap the blade stop or blade!lol.who needs a auto this is way faster.love the new lockbar .centering is perfect so smooth no gritty ness at all.I barley see the detent hole less then 1/4 sticks out you have to look hard.this knife is a breeze to anodize and make it youre own style that is another thing I love about it.perfect edc that you can personalize.im going to get ti hardware and a cf scale .mayby steel flame should make some clips and screws for this guy

I am very surprised with the 0900. I dismissed this knife right off the bat. I went to my knife last week to pick up a 0450 but I could not put the 0900 down. I ended up buying them both but have yet to pocket the 0450. The 0900 get the nod so far. If your on the fence you should try one.
Same here, bought three knives in the last month or so. The 0900 is getting all the pocket time.

I kind of overlooked the 0900, focused more on the 0452CF. I like the switch from plastic to brass bearing retainers, whether or not it makes much difference; it seems like the harder, smoother material might allow it to move more freely, and it's got quite a snap to it.
Pairing the decorative pivot screw with a hex-head pivot like the 0560 is also a good choice. Even though I haven't had problems with the 0562CF or 0801BW, I've heard some people have had issues with the pivot loosening, and the only thing I'd change about them would be a 0900-style pivot (and a skeletonized titanium liner for the 0562, come to think of it). The detent hole placement kind of sucks, but its not unforgivable, and doesn't affect performance. I prefer it to be out of sight, but I could get used to it.
Great thread and info; I'll definitely have to pick one up... eventually, anyway. I think ZT will keep the 0900 in production for the foreseeable future, even if it wasn't selling out immediately like the 0450's.
