How come some of the 0452 pivots have a polished outer ring and others do not?

What did you do to the handle on this? Is it acid, or just the angle? The one thing I wish ZT would do differently on their titanium framelocks is make the titanium a different color than the steel, like on the original Rexfords and on most Spydercos, and this is perfect.

Just anodize it. Mine was done free my choice of color by the seller. I had the same gripe until a forum mate recommended the site.
