I'm not a fan of smaller knives. I have large hands.
And that Damascus just doesn't do it for me.

well I think the OP started the thread in the excitement of his new purchase. Kind of like driving up to the house in your new car and having someone walking by say something asshole-ish like "nice dork mobile how much did you pay for that piece of crap car?"Well, what do you expect? If you post a picture of a knife here, then you're GOING to get opinions on it. No different than you picking out 12 "uglier than Shrek's mother" knives from anyone else's collection. This is not crapping on someone's parade. It's discussing a new knife, whether it's ugly to you or not.
I beg of you please post your next purchase on here for us all to see. I cant wait to see it and comment on it .Yup.

Snagged one before they sold out
I always do. They go here, mostly. What do you do? Keep your knives secret? LOL.I beg of you please post your next purchase on here for us all to see. I cant wait to see it.
Big part as to why I sold it. That kind of fragile feeling.Ah, you sold yours. I still have mine but really don't carry it much. Nice knife, but a little too "fragile" feeling for me. It has a hard time slicing through those thick Cargill beef boxes at work and I envision the carbon fiber snapping at the stop pin. Still like to play with it though.
You seem to live a drab existence then. I tend to extend myself beyond my own little cloudy gray world
