If you talk about plain Umnumzaan then 561 > Zaan

But Wilson startek Umnumzaan are way cooler than 561.

IMO the Umnumzaan has two practical advantages over the 0560.
1. The ceramic ball won't wear in as quickly as the titanium lockbar.
2. The name is really fun to say.

The 0560 does everything else better.

IMO, the 0560/61's KVT pivot system easily beats out the milled out washers on the Zaan.

I am all in favor of zaan but i suggest you wait till after blade. I hear ZT has 2 Unique pieces coming out with 2 steels that HAVE NEVER BEEN USED BEFORE so Id wait a bit

Are you referring to the ZT 0777 because yes it is really something else, worth looking into.

no htere is supposed to be something new, with 2 never used before steels

I've read in several places ELMAX doesn't hold an edge well, rather is more resistant to chipping, breaking, etc. Most people I've spoken to are unhappy with it for some reason and prefer s30v/s35v
