And a little action in the wild with one of the advanced prototypes.

Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
Portrait format video + distance = knife is nigh on invisible on my 8" tablet. Perhaps on a 27" monitor it might be better. (Agressive rock background noise....why is that so prevalent on YT?)
Excuse the critical voice, you make some great knives from what I've seen in other threads. (Try a Bach cello suite next time perhaps - the prelude to suite #1 is a perennial favorite and would do nicely.
T TC Thank you! It was a client submission who paid full price for the knife. I don't tell clients what to do and they don't work for me. They are free to make their own choices. I just appreciate that he is pleased enough with the knife that he chose to use it and share with others. I look forward to implementing your musical tastes soon! Thank you!![]()
Sam, apologies - as you can see I scrubbed my post but you were faster... I mistakenly thought the video was the top post of the thread, but I then realized I was further down in the thread due to the (greatly laudable) forum function of taking one to the newest post in a previously visited posting. Your top pics of course excuse any perceived deficiencies in the brief video.
Carry on, then![]()
Looking good my friend!!! Hope you and yours have a wonderful Christmas!!!!!
These knives look ridiculous and absurd.
So naturally, I can't wait to get mine!![]()
You're most welcome, these are the kinds of callbacks for us 80's kids that I absolutely love, even better when (as is the case here) they're something updated and made better with better materials!
I don't want to overstep my bounds here Sam, but would you consider offering a discounted group-buy if you get enough forum members interested?
And will you ship to Canada?![]()
I had not considered that. But yes, that is a real possibility. I will be frank upfront though, I have trimmed the fat quite heavily already, so I don't have a ton of wiggle room. Let me know what you are thinking.
Just off the top off my head, I'm thinking something like 1% off for every 10 members that show interest or commit to a pre-order? Put a cap on it at say, 100 members (-10%)?
I appreciate your openness and fully appreciate the margins you are working with. If my suggestion doesn't make sense or is too extreme, maybe we can figure something else out.
OK, that's not a bad place to start. Let me do some math when I get home tonite and go from there. I feel pretty confident we can do something with this.
In the meantime, if anyone else has any suggestions that is seriously interested, feel free to speak up. Thank you!
In the meantime, if you want to shoot me an email at wilsoncustomknives@gmail.com we can go over a few things separately.
