1095 Ready For Shipping

Joe, I didn't want to side track Aldo's thread :o But I wont be running out of 1086M any time soon and I'll have to list W2 in my will :D

I'm as bad as the rest of you guys, stocking up on good knife steel :D It's getting harder to find, so ya'll better stock up. We will see the day when simple high carbon steel is no longer made in this country :( Bummer!

Chuck, are you collecting steel  Do you remember how much W2 you got from me? :p

And I think Kalimalena is trying to sink the island :p

Aldo, I will probably get some 1095 from you at blade. I don't really need any but dang, I hate to miss out :D

Don,

Turned out to be 836lbs. Weighed it when I got it here. I missplaced 3 box's so I did not realize how much I had. Like I said get another 200lbs and make it an even 1k....:eek::eek:

UPS must have thought I ordered parts for our farm because my package arrived there instead of at my house. :p Thanks for the great deal on the steel Aldo, I hope to buy more from you once I run out... or find more money. :D

I think I hurt myself trying to move all my W2 and 1095 so I would have room.... You can never have too much raw materials... especially from two great guys like Don and Aldo:thumbup:

Just gotta save up for that LG 25 and tickets for the two of you to come over and show me how to really use this stuff....

Maybe a another ton or two and I'll stop....

Nah... who am I kidding... Aldo... I need (want) some more steel... did you get my email and my Happy Birthday wishes?....:D

Craig,
That's not a problem. I'm sure that if Don got to NJ and we had 2 1st Class tickets to Hawaii waiting for us at Newark Airport that we would be happy to help you out in all your knife making endeavors. As long as you have Don do the handles and guards I'd be happy to do the forging (with the LG)(after Don teaches me how to use it!).

Aldo

PS- Don't forget the Hula Dancers:p

Hula Dancers in bikinis
Don has to teach me first... then he can teach you... :D
Besides... you'll be too busy learning how to hula;)
Thanks... got another order in... this is great steel!

Karl, if Tina gets a trip to Hawaii, she will not mind one bit :D
Hell Tina said she would love to see Hulas forging in bikinis, sparks and all :)

Don't you read your own thread you crazy New Englander? If anyone wants any they should get in touch cause I don't want to have to drag it all back and pay Maine gas prices to do so. We just got to $3.00 dollars a gal.in Jersey and it's $3.50 + in Conn.

Hey!!! I can tell you how to save on gas. Don't drive up to Maine when you leave my house in Mass. to put gas in your truck.:eek:
