Hey Moose, I think that Heavy Bowie, Warthog or cutlass machete would look reeeeeally sweet if my girlfriend was wearing one on her hip....and nothing else. I'll send pictures. She's hot.

Also, she's been playing with my Becker alot lately...BK7, and I would love to give her her own chopper to mess around with when we go to the woods. Also, I'll send you a batch of her famous baked goods, just tell me what you like. And I'll be your best friend and let you ride my bike, and borrow it every second weekend.

Had to read that twice to make sure it actually said "Becker".

Well, this turned into an interesting thread.

For those of you that are wanting me to send something to our guys and gals in the kitty litter, done. Problem solved. Ya'll will see what we did soon enough, me thinks.

As for the rest, carry on. :D

I'll pick someone, and get the address and send it. With no post about who gets what, or whats coming. I'm wanting to be secretive lately for some reason. Oh well, ya'll will just have to deal with it. :D

Man, that grass machete would be sweet. My lawn mower just died, My yard is starting to look like a jungle...
I could use the grass machete to.... cut grass!

Thanks moose.

We all appreciate what you do and the guys and gals at Kabar. And a huge thank you to the guys and gals in the sand. Enjoy the blades and come home safe.

This could directly affect the amount of jerky made for the fall gathering....

I would like to use either the heavy bowie or the grass machete because i need a large blade to clean out brush in my yard and thank you very very much

Well Moose, no creative stories here only the cold hard truth.
I was just thinking my small knives could use some company from a Heavy Bowie or a Warthog seeing how my BK2 the Brute amongst them, is always kickin 'em in the lanyard hole and slappin'em in the choils, they could use the help of a BIGGER brother like Hog or Bow to keep'em safe from that Ruthless, Unbeatable, Unbreakable Sharp Wittled Son Of A Hunk O Steel.
Thats it, so you see its not for me its for the little guys, they need the HELP from their Uncle Moose and Uncle Toooj to keep them safe, after all they do look up to you guys, your their HERO's...
The End... :D

PS, plus the Waarthog looks like a good pancake flipper and i think the Heavy Bowie would excel at making fine toothpicks...;)

I'll pass.

I'd like to see them go to Iraq as well.

I tried to get through most of this thread, but this was enough. I agree with the above sentiment. I can walk through the bush with a blade any time. A warrior coming back with missing limbs etc. (God forbid) may not be so lucky. It's kind of you Moose, but please consider the fellows over there.

I have.

I'm super pumped about this!!!! Massive amounts of pics will ensue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FOR BARLOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell ya what Brother -- I have an unused Effingham era Ek Bowie (paracord wrap, not wood scales) with custom leather sheath sitting around gathering dust. If you think he would like that as a graduation gift, get me your shipping info and I'll send it out. If he wants to carry it in the field, it'll need a MOLLE compatible sheath, but those are easy enough to find.

Incredibly generous offer - thank you! Email sent.

This place is magical!

That it is.

Make sure the new Jarhead officer gets a blade!!

The fledgling jarhead has a looong road between here and that butter bar. He's in the USMC PLC program which means he does a six week stretch at OCS this year (he was selected to go fairly early), another six week stretch between his junior and senior year in college and then he is commissioned upon graduation.

I couldn't be prouder of him. :)

I would love a grass machete!!! I need a longer blade for brush clearing, that would still possibly chop wood and was thinking about buying a condor golok, but the BK-10 special came about :D and now I am to poor. I didn't know of the thickness of the grass machete, and now I think it would be perfect!!!

The grass machete will get heavy use among my other Kabars, like my Kukri or my newly received Warthog. (Not to mention the Beckers) It will possibly be reviewed by me along with the others, when I get around to it. (maybe I should piggyback them all... haha Jk)

Thank you so much mooosez for doing this giveaway! :thumbup:I am loving the generosity of the members of this great online community. I hope to return it someday. BOOYAAA!!! SWEET LBS. OF KABAR STEEL GOODNESS!!!! :D Thanks again,

-Josh
