2000th Post Customer Appreciation 10 knife Giveaway

Thank you Dave for the exceptional service and integrity that you have shown us. Kershaw makes a great product with exemplary customer service. A majority of knives that I have gifted, given away or own are Kershaw. This would not have happened if I had not found you and this forum. Best of wishes to you and yours. A big thanks to Thomas for hearing us and producing knives based on our wishes. I am always looking forward to new Kershaw products.

Thanks to you and to everyone i have had the pleasure of dealing with and talking to here on BF..

Dave has been a pleasure to do business with in all situations. I wish that more people would be just as considerate and respectful of others in life. That would make things a whole lot nicer all around. Dave is one of a number of really nice people that I have come to know through these forums.

DAVE,,,,awesome giveaway that id like to be part of....the only constant in life is change,so youve just got to ride it out,,,,thanks for the chance,,,,,,,FES

Thanks for the opportunity Dave! I bought a Junk Yard Dog 2 from you and gave it to my dad for fathers day and he loves it so much.

"Success is the journey, not the destination." -Bruce Lee

I purchased a ZT200 blem from you a year or two ago.

I really became interested in knives because of my grandfather. He was known for his knife and scissor sharpening skills. I think about him everytime Iget a new knife. I have great memories of walking out to his shed and seeing all of the hunting knives that he was sharpening for deer season.

Thanks for the contest. This always makes me smile;

"The sun came out the other day
Through those dusty clouds
And in my mind I was a child
And it felt good!

Ain't life grand?"

Awesome gesture Dave!!!

Life happens as fast as yesterday, so smile, enjoy today and look forward to tomorrow....

Kindest thanks Dave,
Dave

Awesome giveaway, Dave. I am definitely in on this one.

KAI has been and always will be my favorite production company. I feel KAI is a company that truly believes in its product and they show it by standing by what they produce and sell 100%. I feel that Kershaw will especially always hold a special place for me because my first well built real knife was a Kershaw. It was a small aluminum handle liner lock with a partially serrated blade and a rubber inlay. I don't know the name or model number, but it was a great little knife. That knife is what got me hooked. I wish I still had that knife, but unfortunately it was lost long ago and I haven't been able to find another small since at a reasonable price. Some day I will run across one on the forums and I'll replace my first real knife.

I think I may have one of those laying around here somewhere, it is yours when I find it.
Dave

Thanks for the chance. I bought a ZT 0301 in 2009 and a ZT-9 blem last winter. Still got em both, they're keepers and wonderful knives! I've been using the 0301 whenever convenient, but the ZT-9 retired my Bark River for coconut splitting duty. I like I how I can find a use for any knife I have, it's been great rotating them - nothing's a safe queen in my collection.

I would greatly appreciate that, Dave. If you happen to find it just let me know how much and I'll gladly purchase it from you. It would be amazing to add one to my collection once again.

Dave, you have always been a great addition to these boards and this is just one of many examples. I have always liked this quote by O'Shaughnessy since I first heard it from Willy Wonka....

"We are the music makers and we are the dreamers of dreams"

Thank you for the opportunity.

Funny, I was planning on posting a Shakespeare quote, slightly re-purposed by Gene Wilder's Wonka as well. Then I saw your post before mine, ha!

"So shines a good deed in a weary world."

I have always loved that one. The original quote is, in a slightly more complete form, "How far that little candle throws its beams! So shines a good deed in a naughty world." A little kindness can really brighten up a room, someone's day, someone's life!

Thanks for the wonderful gesture and opportunity, Dave. You're a stand-up guy!

I waited on your list for a 0560 for months. It was completely worth it. After getting the orange skyline and 'classic' leek from you, I'm hooked. I thank (blame) you and Kershaw for bringing flippers to the masses!

David

Awesome contest,Thank You!
My positive thought goes to you,I bought a 0550 from you a while back and it has not left my pocket hardly at all.I try to carry a different knife every now and then but I have just come to love the 0550 to much.I asked that you check for an early lock up for me and you came through with flying colors.
On a side note every time I look at the knife I can remember one of the 5 or 6 dogs that this knife has help save so far.Last one was a Dashound with plastic strips around its neck.
Thank You for the service you provide.
