2009 BladeForums Traditional Forum Knife updates

It's November tomorrow, but they do not deliver mail on Sundays in Bastidville. :D.

Hang in there gang, it will not be too long (I hope. :D)

We will let you know as soon as the bushes start to shake.

Gus (Steven too).

It's really hard to be patient for this baby. That stag was really nice. Great job guys thanks again so much.

Gus, Steven you guys are always top tier as far as the people on the forums go, you've educated and helped many of us in ways I can't even begin to think of how to show my appreciation, thank you just doesn't seem to cover it but it's all I got right now so Thank you again Gus and Steve for all you guys do for us here, if there is ever anything I can do to payback please feel free to ask me.

The sample blades arrived today, they are APPROVED...we have equal length clip and wharncliffe blades, which will have long pulls, on opposite sides for obvious reasons.

The stamp will not be sampled, the knife is going into production, and Gus will have it when he has it, it is all in Queen Cutlery's hands now.

...SO.....do NOT pm or e-mail either one of us at this point with impatient BS....we will do our absolute best to get the knives into all of your hands slightly before Christmas(non-CONUS folks will obviously have to be a bit more patient).

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Excellent news....thanks for the update.

Sweet, now I can cancel these PM and emails I had lined up to send out. :p
Thanks for the update.

Cool. Thanks Steven due to all your efforts in keeping feet to the fire and overseeing the prototypes, my bet is that this is going to be a huge hit. Like I was saying last night, I can not imagine a better partner on this project. I dread mailing this stuff over the holidays, but it will get done.

My sincerest sympathies to all you fence sitters who didn't get in on this or pulled out after the commitment and payment phase, this will be one heck of a knife, well worth waitin' for and a special thanks to Steven and Gus for pullin' this off.

Oh one last thing to those who backed out or let the ball drop in keepin' up with the commitments you made in sendin' in the payments, neaner, neaner, neaner.:p:):D:thumbup:

Gus, mine can sure wait until after the holidays. I wouldn't wish that kind of mess off on an enemy, let alone a friend.

Gus if I haven't said the same thing before somewhere in this thread, ditto, same goes for me, in fact better chance of it not gettin' lost in the holiday mail madness, so no rush here, enjoy your holiday we'll be here after the new year.;):D

No rush on mine as well. I'm patient and have the same fear of having it lost in the holiday shipping chaos.

Hopefully my name is still in there somewhere. Feel free to leave mine until after xmas if it makes things any easier. While I'd like to have it NOW I'm completely OK with leaving it for a while to ease the pressure.

Great work guys.
