Big thanks to everyone involved on this project. Sounds like it's going to be a beaut.

Gus, you can put me in the "no rush" pile. The holidays are a time for goats. Everything else is secondary.

Man, you are cruel. However, I am sure glad I got in on this one, too. I was lucky in getting in on last yrs & managed to pick up the '07, but this one will be SWEET!
 
Thanks for the update. Please don't feel the need to take time away from the Holidays to deal with the shipping of mine.
 
You can add me to the ship after the Holiday's list if you like. A barlow probably would not be able to slice Christmas fruit cake anyway. For that a hammer and chisel works best.
 
Add a me too, to the no holiday rush list. I'm of the "good things are worth waiting for" school of thought:D

Steven I'm sorry, I'm not runnin' this and if I wanna have anything to do with this than I should step up and take over Next years knife, I have nothin' but respect for you and Gus and didn't mean to over step, I only meant good intentions and wanted to help.

The thread is closed and I'll wait on the side lines, please don't hold it against me, I always considered you to be a forum friend and don't want to jeopardize any relationship we might have had.

I'll mind my own business, once again I'm sorry.

T......this post here was not directed at you specifically. In running this year's BFC knife, it was paramount to me and Gus to really work on getting these to you guys in time for Christmas....that is our deal, and part of what we believe personal integrity is all about.

If it works out that way, great, if not, we will have done our absolute best....and communicated to you guys as soon as the order was placed, and the different steps along the way.

You have done nothing to jeapardize our BFC friendship.

When the knives come in, they will ship out to you guys.

What is the sense for Gus to hang onto the knives until after the first of the year if they show up the first week in December?

While the consideration from the Forumites is appreciated, at this point it wasn't asked for....maybe it will be, maybe not.

The point was that certain Forumites were pestering Gus with "Are they here yet?" PM's and such, and that was uncalled for.

Let's chill out and enjoy this. Thanks for all the offers. I really do appreciate it, but these pups will get mailed out when they get here and once it is over my thoughts will hopefully be that as a group we manged to pick a nice pattern that people will carry and that we got them in the hands of some great people.

I will enjoy that thought for a long time and know Steven will too.
