2011 Forum Knife Shipping Status

Holy Mackerel, I just realized my knife went out on the second mailin', Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, oh boy..........................oh boy!!!!!
 
Andy, thanks for your efforts and organization to get the knives out as quickly as possible. You can send mind in the last mailing - I don't mind waiting. I know the guys are just chomping at the bit to get their knives in the mail yesterday!

I plan on using mine when it gets here. It's actually going to be less rare than a lot of their normal production runs. That's kind of strange for a forum knife.
 
I'm gonna use the heck out of mine. That's why I got two. One will stay pristine. One will ride in my pocket. :)

Hi Guys -

Thanks Robert - I tried to post that pic here from my phone but had no luck. That is just a cell phone shot I took last weekend when I gave Mr. Sogetsu his knife at the JK Gathering.

I am hoping someone in the first couple of shipments will start a "I got my 2011 Forum Knife" thread for folks to start posting pictures. There will be a bunch of people getting knives today and every day from now until Thanksgiving.

I will start shipping international orders out Monday, as I will be packaging them up on Saturday.

Things are going very well on the shipping side, I am really enjoying being Santa to all of my friends here. Bastid hit it on the head, I am getting a great deal of satisfaction knowing I am doing this for all my friends, and seeing all the boxes go out across the world!

December 25th I'll get some pics up of me using mine! there wont be an unopened bottle in the house! :D

I laughed when I read this :thumbup::D, I can just see you Rob with that knife, now hopefully with me being here in NZ, I get tp crank open a bottle before the 25th!

Are these coming UPS or USPS? I need to know so that I don't needlessly throw myself in front of the wrong delivery truck.;)

I like the idea... for someone who already HAS their knife... If I were to start the thread it might come across poorly and laced with sarcasm and envy;

Thread title; - "I don't have MY forum knife yet but YEA, GO AHEAD you lucky son's of gun's who DO have them... go ahead and post pictures of yourselves using them so that those of us who are still without can be even more envious and jealous that you have them and we don't!"

Nah... I better not start that thread yet....:D

Please try to sit a little off kilter to the left, the transponder chip is in your right butt cheek, and when you sit flat, it only gives partial signal. It is giving me a headache trying to track your movements.
 
Hi Chris -

I wondered what that pain in my 'tocks was lol.

I updated the first post - 78 knives and 57 packages shipped - almost at 50%!

Railsplitter is coming up from Springfield to pick up his knife today - I'll take pictures (if he is ok with that) and post them in the other thread.

Just thought I'd confirm my parcel arrived, wife showed me on webcam after forgetting it came in already lol.
