So just curious are you all planning on edc these bad boys, if not what are your plans? Just curious and id like to see some discussion on the thread i check religiously everyday anyways.

Why don't you start a thread for such. This is a pre order thread that already has too much chatter in my opinion.

I just realized something. On the front page it says "Opening: Thumbstuds". Does this mean the flipper will not be there?

Just ordered one; I've always wanted a skyline in premium steel and this is perfect! I'm new to the forum and knife collecting. Can anybody tell me how I get my gold membership for ordering? I didn't see a comments section, but I may have blown past it in my excitement. Thanks!

So I have to wait for the knife AND the membership??? Guess that gives me two things to look forward to

. I suppose I'll browse the forum in the meantime...

Edit: Just read the fine print and realized 500 need to be sold to get a membership. Maybe I'll buy another...

Also, I'd like to say thanks to those who made this knife happen. I read the last thread (before the knife went on sale) and some of this one and noticed there were quite a few complaints about cost. In my opinion, this knife is not just worth the cost because of the premium steel (vs. production skylines) and rarity of production. The truly great aspect of buying this knife is that the proceeds go to supporting this forum. You're not just paying for a great blade; you're supporting the knife enthusiast community as well.

That's the spirit brother. Nt too shabby for a new guy.

I have also purchased 3 I think. Plus 2 traditional forum knives. These things are really addictive and the traditional pattern is one of those thwt just seems like a perfect go to meetin' on Sunday knife.

Thanks for the welcome RevDevil. I've only recently started collecting knives, but I have a feeling that my wallet will be getting slimmer at a progressively faster rate... In part thanks to this forum.

You will use the term "anorexia" to describe your wallet in no time. Just keep one thing in mind and you will be fine, quality always over quantity. Feel free to browse around, this is a huge place and the is something for just about everyone here. Now, back to waiting for the Skyline.

I couldn't disagree with you more. The "chatter" you are reffering to is keeping this thread at the top of the page, hence getting more views and orders. I like the "chatter", keep it coming.
