For those of you who haven't been following the Traditional Forum, the BF2012 Traditionals just arrived to Spark from GEC. He's now going through the process of sorting those out and getting them ready for shipping. Considering he also offered to laser engrave knives for those who wanted it, which adds another layer of sorting/work on his part and time spent actually doing the engraving, I think he's going to be pretty busy.

As someone who bought both this knife and the traditional, I'd much rather Spark spend his time sorting and packing rather than bugging Kershaw and posting about it here. ;) For those of you who didn't get both knives, it looks like GEC made a real beauty this year so I'd recommend you start refreshing the For Sale section to see if any show up there. ;)

Oh I wish I had the link to this. The song showed a pug, IIRC, singing an old country style tune, something to the effect of...

Blues, I should hire you to come to where I work and take care of a few situations. Don't know if I can afford you but...

I do have to laugh, I've been places where people submit an application for a benefit they probably aren't qualified for, that takes about two years to work through the paperwork anyways, and file a congressional complaint because they haven't been granted the benefit and they only filed the application two weeks prior.

Suddenly my favorite knife makers waiting list doesn't seem quite as long as it has.

Thank you for indulging me in this. I've got one of the orange sky-lines and like it. I eagerly await our special blue ones but they get here when they get here. (And no fair sending it to the wife and having her put it under the tree!)

im not sure, i think spark said (like 20 pages ago) that he was going to do his best to combine orders. but what happens, happens. and anyways, its all going towards getting these babies into our pockets safely, even if we have to take a small amount of cash out of it to make way for the knife :P
