2012 condor line

I think condor is going to take care of my big knife fix for 2012 I am digging the lochness knife

I'm seeing the Kephart model show up on a certain online auction site. This leads me to believe that they are shipping. Has anyone else seen them?

Read the fine print--it's a preorder. ;)

I'll be interested in seeing how the fit/finish are on this initial run. With previous years the first run is always the roughest, but they may have changed that this year--I've been very impressed with the present production pieces I've been receiving lately.

Aloha Condor :) I just got my crazy jungle bowie with the crazy finish and the big ole Hog Sticker machete sword too. Ordered it in matching jungle finish but got a satin one? :( Too much a pita to exchange from here so keeping it. Might not stay looking the same anyways.

Anyone have a source for kydex sheaths for these beasts?

TIA!

Godspeed Tactical does fantastic machete kydex. Highly recommended!

42... where do I get that beef splitter?!

16" blade.... 18" handle.... I could butcher a blue whale with a blade like that!

It's by F. Dick and can be found on a few culinary and butcher's supply websites. Not inexpensive, but a fiar price for a chunk of steel that big!

He's been swamped lately, so don't be surprised if it takes a li'l while. Eli is a great guy who does great work, though, so it's worth the wait!

TWL, I have a "theater memento" knife with that blade shape with a cartridge for the handle. cool.

More like the two-handed "beef splitter" cleaver I posted earlier? 16" heavy blade with a 18" handle!

Or maybe something like this!

And I'll agree again!

UMMMM, Yess! Both of those please.

Carbon steel? Yes. matching wooden handles? Yes.

NO blade coating? YES!.

My thoughts exactly. :D

I'd honestly like to see more of their line done with a simple clear coat like the Eco Survivor models rather than the hammered finish or black epoxy.

Some of the orders are trickling out as we speak. When I get news of where to go, I'll make sure to post here.
