THIS is why I have MUCH love for GEC!!! NO other company would do all of this! :D This is the kind of stuff us traditionalists have been asking for! A company that puts out products like those made in the 50's and also a company that has the respect for its customers (like in the 50's) instead of a corporate giant that doesn't really care about the customers but only the bottom line.

+1 :thumbup: ... except that actually they are making knives similar to the ones from the 1920s/1930s, a period some refer to as the golden age of pocket knives. Thanks to GEC, we're experiencing another golden era! Really looking forward to this year's forum knife!
 
Well, I finally got the funds together a couple of weeks ago but Spark had closed the pre-orders by then. Does anyone know if it is possible to 'normal' order one please? I did send Spark an email but it either hasn't got through at all or hasn't been seen yet.
 
I second the question on normal order. In the past I have ordered them with MO but this time I get no answer back from the message system or e-mails sent maybe due to the move or something else. I will support the project for one but need to send MO.

Super excited. I must have read the description 10 by now and am still excited. This will be a great one for sure!!

Hate to be the one to say it, but the order list was closed a few weeks back - if you didn't get one in before that, you'll be stuck looking on the exchange.
 
the gec site hasn't been updated with new pics in forever, does anybody have an idea about a timeline? I want this thing so bad!
 
yeah -be nice to see some scales pics.
