I fully expect now that GEC is tooled up for this pattern, that they will produce other versions. A blackwood with cloud shield would be primo IMO.

They didn't expand on Charlies SFO run of 66s with the punch blades. The punch design on that one hasn't been used on any other 66 or any other pattern, unless I'm terribly mistaken.
 
This seems to be spinning into a discussion that is not related to the 2013 forum knife. Let's take other GEC talk to the "Let's Talk GEC!" thread, and let this one be about the forum knife. Thanks.
 
I look forward to the arrival. I'm assuming GEC ships the knives to Spark first, who then ships them to those who pre-ordered them?

That's my understanding of the process.
 
They've arrived here, and I'm getting orders put together now. They will begin shipping in the next 48 hours.

If you've got an address change, you need to contact me ASAP. At this point I suggest calling at 502-671-5510 so I can take care of it over the phone.

International orders will probably be going out last due to customs forms. Otherwise, the wait is nearly over.

This year's knife turned out so much better than I even imagined! This is the third year running for me on the forum knives and this looks like the best so!

shipping Friday or Saturday may mean here on Wednesday.......
could be something to be VERY thankful for.......
