Just got mine when I got home, looks great and came shaving sharp right out of the tube! Really turned out great this year.

got mine today - nicely done!
thanks to all who put the work into making this come about and to Spark for dealing with the ordering, paying, and shipping.

My payment for shipping has been sent. Now the real wait begins!

Does anybody have pictures of both the forum knife and the GEC STR-EK together, specifically both sheepsfoot blades? To help with the anticipation.

Now, what do do with the other one.... ;)

Man, it's getting hard to wait for this to arrive. :/ I wonder if I can get tracking information from Spark...

Aus den Augen aus dem sinn. It'll show up when it shows up.

Akc how well does the sheath fit? Do you have any source where I can buy a couple of them?

One of the great features of this knife is the very nice grind of the main blade. Very thin behind the edge for great slicing. The non nail breaker is also a blessing!

Mine arrived on Friday and was whisked away to be wrapped up for Christmas. I did get to take a peek, she's a beauty!
Thank you again to all involved, I am very happy the Congress Jack became a reality

Cheers,
Griff

Got mine today and love it. Wasn't expecting it and had a great surprise. Thanks to all who made this happen.

Wow...Just had to come back here and edit... I have a collection of more than 50 knives and I like them all, but when I look at this Forum Congress Jack I get something none of my others give me: a warm, nostalgic feeling of a kid growing up. This one could have been my dad's knife. That's really nice for me to muse on.

I ordered it just because I've been spending a lot of reading time here in 2013 and I like this place. My collection focuses on modern, locking production models. Also have some stilettos that take me back to my teen lust for cool. But nothing until now has made me think back to my childhood. This CJ is beautiful with benefits, GEC. Thank you. You have crafted a definite keeper, and a certain passer-downer.

Just sayin'. Couldn't let it go by. It's amazing what a knife can do.

I rescued mine from the clutches of the Postal Service today. I had to do a little work to get the point inside the frame and the nail nick clear on the main, but nothing too severe. The blades came decently sharp, better than I expect from a factory edge. Altogether, I'm quite pleased with how this turned out. I know it is going to see more pocket time than any of the others.

Thanks to all who worked so hard to bring this to completion.
