2014 BladeForums Knife Gallery

Mine's here. I love it! It's been sitting on my desk all day. I've been switching it from side to side every couple hours, as I like to forget what the other slab of stag looks like. A pleasant suprise, each time! Not quite matched, but each side is beautiful in it's own right.

It's about a 7.5 - 8 on the opening, due to the geometry of the position of the long pull. I've got strong thumb-nails, so no problem. I'm sure it will break in fine.

Really happy with mine. If I can remember to get a pic with my wife's phone, I'll post it.

Ouch! That pull hurts my fingers just reading it. Maybe it'll loosen up a bit as you use it more.

I missed out on the pre-order.
If someone isn't happy with fat stag and heavy pull just let me know and I'll take it off your hands.

I know all you guys that missed out want everyone to know your looking but remember there's a subforum in the exchange for "wanted to buy/looking for" I've seen a few list and sell rather quickly so a request and frequent checking of the Traditional for sale subforum in the exchange should net you a 2014 Traditional Forum's knife if you're vigilant. ;).

Beautiful knives folks, . I really love the diversity of stag, so many unique pieces, even the smoother examples still look great.

One more pic. :)

But can you play that harmonica while you snap the knife open and closed? That would be worth a You-Tube! Nice Knife! OH

I just received the knife.

A beautiful knife
Getting stag unseen is always a gamble, and in my case that paid off royally

This knife represents some of the best of about Forum
Thank you all so much for all your hard work

Wow, just wow. That is some absolutely stunning stag, stag I would be happy to find on the very best custom slipjoint. The color, the figure, everything is amazing. Congrats, I think you might have just won!

Not really a traditional guy, but this knife is definitely changing my mind. They look beautiful! Congrats to everyone who got one.

I'll definitely pay more attention next year haha.

Is this one of those new multi-scale harps I keep hearing about, keyed in G E C aka D B G cross harp? :D

I really like this knife. Definitely prefer it over the #15 in terms of size. A little tight out of the box and the edge needed some work but all is fine now. Pull down to a 6-7 and very nice snap developing. Looking forward to comparing it with the Washington version and the upcoming barlow.

I finally got some better photos of mine. Here it is again with the Pocket Slip that Barry (Gunstock Jack) made me.

Paul, that is among the best forum knives I've seen; congratulations!

Curtis, you definitely hit the BF lotto with those two! Nice.

Lots of great looking stag here, just like I knew there would be! Special thanks to John Lloyd for his generous contribution!

Listen guys, I am just shipping the last stragglers I have addresses for today, so if you haven't gotten yours yet, it may just be going out. Sorry about the delay, but I could not avoid it. There are still a very few orders that need sorting out, so thank you all for your patience.

I accept all responsibility for glitches and delays.
All my life, I have needed a secretary, but have never had the opportunity!
As Clint Eastwood said, "a man's got to know his limitations!"
If we do another Forum knife, a more organized person will do this part I am winding up, I promise!!
All will be sorted soon. Thanks to all for participating in my requests, "stickied" at the start of this forum!
Everyone will get their knives. Barry has done a stellar job, given that he has to work with me!!
Good thing I have other strengths!!:p
